Nemar institucija
Čitamo u svim novinama ali i slušamo na svim tv postajama o poplavama koje su poharale neke regije naše Hrvatske. Tužne priče koje jasno daju do znanja da ljudi nisu dovoljno ozbiljno shvatitli što se dešava u susjednoj nam Sloveniji te se na vrijeme pripremili za moguće tekuće probleme koji su dolazili. Kako to biva niti jedna državna, regionalna ili bilo koja institucija nisu shvatile upozorenje te pripremile se za nadolazeće probleme nego je sve kao i dosad uvijek bilo stihijski kad je već voda došla do grla, naravno tada je bilo kasno za bilo što. Što je najvažnije spomenuti da jedini se grad Zagreb i sve odgovarajuće službe priprema za moguće tekuće probleme.

Uzdaj se use i u svoje kljuse
Kako to biva problemi su nadošli a onda se krenuo sa pripremom zečijih nasipa i sličnog a onda je to bilo jako kasno a time neučinkovito. Naravno obrana vlastitih domova je više nego prioritet no pouzdavati se u institucije naše nam lijepe nije ponekad učinkovito te se opet pokazalo kao dvosjekli mač. Znam da je našim građanima neshvatljivo da ih institucije izigraju u tako važnom trenutku i kad je u pitanju tako važan problem no nažalost poslovica: “uzdaj se use i u svoje kljuse” poprima pravo značenje kad je nekoliko 10-aka domova poplavljeno u 6 sela a možda bilanca ne bude stala samo na toj brojci.

Podrška nemarnima
Ne tako davno 780.000 građana a time se računaju i ovi građani koju su nemarom institucija ostali poplavljenih domova dali svoj glas za referendum te očuvanje radnih prava ali i onih drugih upravo i u tim institucijama te ljudima koji su trebali sada dati sve od sebe da poplavljenih domova bude što manje te da se sve pripremi na vrijeme puno dana ranije pa makar i probijanjem nasipa tamo gdje nema ničega osim livada sa nešto obrađenih površina jer bi bila daleko manja šteta od ove sada koja je a napominjem da nije stalo još na istoj te vodni val prijeti i dalje nizvodno od Zagreba.
Vjerujem da si mnogi postavljaju pitanje čemu služe institucije i u njima zaposleni osim što primaju plaću te nam prigovaraju kako im je teško te sa vremena na vrijeme i učine nešto korisno no ipak ne dovoljno korisno a da ne zeznu nešto ili nekoga.
Plaćamo vodne i slivne i slične neke naknade a nasipi su nam u katastrofalnom stanju te to više ni “pas s maslom ne bi progutao (moja slobodna definicija uzrečice)” jer niti se tko o tome brine niti je to kome više važno osim da si poberu novce za svoje plaće jer da ne bi slučajno ostali gladni a i da ima za gradnju raznih mostova koji ne vode nikuda i raznih cesta koje trenutno mogu čekati kao što su i do sada čekale.

Odraz stanja u institucijama
Sadašnji odraz stanja u institucijama je upravo odraz našeg cjelokupnog državnog aparata zajedno sa Vladom na čelu te ukazuje na pošast koja već vlada 20-ak godina a zove se “rodjaštvo”, 20% pametnih a od toga 7% onih koji su mladi i željni promjena ali blokirani nepotizmom, primitivizmom i sličnim “vrlinama”. Ostali iz od toga postotka koji su pred penzijom i strahom gubitka posla, šute jer su dosad naučili da je najpametnije pustiti da stvari idu same od sebe jer to se njih ne tiče pošto imaju otkupljene stanove na višim katovima Mamutice ili slične zgrade a moguće je da im je susjed Škegro pa su opasani nasipom za svaki slučaj, ostali do 100% “zna se” tko su i kako su došli na svoja radna mjesta a ti po defaultu su cjepljeni od bilo kakvog prikazivanja osjećaja i pomoći osim ako nisi “njihov”.
Ipak moramo zamjetiti da su to isti oni koji su ’90 po kafićima, kafanama, gostionama divljački urlikali “Ustani bane …” te trgajući košulju a time moguće i koju dlaku sa prsa uz obavezno majmunsko lupanje “dičili” se hrvatstvom dok im je iz džepa košulja ili hlača izvirivala crvena knjižica SKJ. Naravno ti neandertalci nas danas žele uvestu u Evropu koja naravno zazire od takvih te iste uopće ne želi ni blizu svojih granica a kamo li gradova jer su ih se jedva riješili davnih 70-ih.

Božja riječ
Naravno na sav ovaj sadašnji cirkus fali nam riječ našeg sveprisutnog monsinjora Bozanića koji će nas utješiti da smo svi grešnici jer ne vjerujemo dovoljno u onog Boga u kojeg on vjeruje te ne dajemo mu dovoljno da bi se zauzeo za nas. Ipak srećom da nas sve ipak gleda “dragi Bog” te da pamti sva naša djela te će nam u datome trenutku kad dođemo pred njega ipak sam suditi a ne njegovi trenutni zemaljski apostoli.

Naravoučenije
Uzdaj se use i u svoje kljuse te bližnjeg svoga ako te ne mrzi zbog međe jer smatra da brid tvoje kuće je taman na njegovom zamišljenom cvjetnjaku ili prilazu garaži jer ako je tako nemaš sreće i postoji mogućnost da dok spašavaš sada kuću od kubika vode ti opadne onaj crijep što ljetos nisi učvrstio poslije nevremena. Ma imao bi ja što još pisati no neda mi se jer samo mi sve više jada onda dođe na dušu te se rastužim još više a ne mogu pomoći jer ja nisam ministar Šuker da znam raditi više poslova te da uz financije sjajno baratam sa koordinacijom gradnje nasipa i sličnog. Naravno nisam tako ni fotogeničan da bi privukao svojim “ja-pa-ja” izjavama narod iza svojih leđa pa da oni prionu dok ja mudrujem pred kamerama koju floskulu još da dodam.

Ažuriranje
Vijesti i dalje na televiziji govore da je situacija katastrofalna te da mnoge ljude čeka evakuacija a neki su odsječeni od ostatka svijeta bez kruha i vode. Pomoć je slaba i nedovoljna jer ono malo vojske što je ostalo ne može biti svagdje te se boriti sa vodnim valom. Naravno naša premijerka uredno je obišla poplavljena područja u nadi da će je ljudi primiti zadovoljni što im se ukazala ne shvaćajući da to nije baš najmudriji čin.

Negligence Institution
We read in all the newspapers and listen to all the tv stations about the floods that have devastated some regions of our Croatian. Sad story that clearly make it clear that people are not serious enough to understand what is happening in neighboring Slovenia and to prepare a liquid for possible problems that necessarily come. As it happens none of the state, regional or any other institution did not understand the warning and prepare for upcoming issues but everything and so far always been impulsive but when the water came up to the throat, then of course it was too late for anything. What is important to note that only the city of Zagreb and all relevant authorities are preparing for a possible ongoing problems.

Trust and use in your horse
As usual problems were foamed and then started with the preparation of rabbit embankments and the like and then it was very late and therefore ineffective. Of course the defense of their own homes is no higher priority than to trust in our institutions is not nice to us sometimes effective and again showed a double-edged sword. I know that it is inconceivable that our citizens are institutions trick in such an important point when it comes to such an important issue but unfortunately the adage: “Trust and use your horse” takes on real meaning when several 10-th flooded homes in 6 villages and perhaps balance is not just stopped at that figure.

Of course our Prime minister has been regularly visited flooded areas in the hope that people get comfortable with what appeared to them not realizing that it is not the wisest act.
